Janet, a Certified Veterinary
Technologist (Bachelor of Science) for over 20 years and Family Pet’s
Head Tech, and Jim, one of our Front Desk Managers,
share the spotlight as our newest Staff Members of the Month.
Since starting with us in 2001, Janet’s exemplary technical skills
have been matched by her 110% dedication to our patients and the hospital
as a whole. In addition to making sure our lab is in perfect order, in
the past year Janet has taken on additional responsibility for our Electronic
Medical Records program by learning the system, creating templates, and
training our staff.
Jim has been a pillar of our Front Desk since 2002. His superior competence,
tireless patience, and good humor as a manager and training coach have
earned him the deepest respect from his staff. And though he shoulders
a great deal of management responsibility, our clients and doctors can
always count on Jim to go above and beyond to meet their individual needs
on a daily basis.
We are proud and grateful to count Janet and Jim as part of our Family
Pet Family.
