Dr. Rae Ann Van Pelt serves as the President of the management committee for Chicago Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center (CVESC), and is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners.

Dr. Sarah Blair is board-certified in Canine & Feline Practice by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP).

Since 1991, Family Pet Animal Hospital has voluntarily achieved the high standards of the American Animal Hospital Association, qualifying us as an AAHA Accredited Hospital Member. These standards pertain to facilities, equipment, practice methods, continuing education, and management. We’re proud to be a six-time recipient of the American Animal Hospital Association’s highest honor.
